Ed Sheeran has written some of the most popular songs of our generation. He now performs on the biggest stages in the world, but that was not always the case. Ed Sheeran began writing his own songs at the age of 11 and at the beginning of his career, he played in smaller venues - he was even a busker at one point.
Over time, however, his incredible talent spoke for itself, and his fanbase grew rapidly. It didn’t take long for his YouTube views to skyrocket and many magazines, such as The Independent, praised him for his music…as did Elton John himself! From that point forward he has become unstoppable – every album is a worldwide success!Ed Sheeran writes some of the catchiest tunes around today.
Perfect by Ed Sheeran is a great example of this: The song was top of the charts in the U.K. and the U.S. in 2017 - as well as in 16 other countries. Prior to this, the singer had already made it to number 1 with Thinking Out Loud. Not only has he successfully conquered the world of music, Ed Sheeran has also appeared in films and television series, including Yesterday and Game of Thrones, and has contributed to their soundtracks.
