Information about the piece |
Leonard Cohen was a Canadian singer/songwriter, who originally worked as a poet and novelist until 1967, when he launched his musical career. His style can be described as folk rock. In 1984, he released the song Hallelujah. He wrote 80 drafts of the piece and it took him over two years to finish it. Sadly, it wasn't very successful until other artists began covering it, in particular Jeff Buckley. The piano sheet music has a 12/8 time signature and is a great piece for practicing pedalling. Play the piano sheet music for Hallelujah, set at a beginner level, accompanied by the high-quality backing track. |
