How Does Tomplay's Free Trial Work?

Can I try Tomplay Premium before subscribing to an annual plan?

Yes, the 14-day free trial is exclusively available when you subscribe to an annual plan of Tomplay Premium. During this trial, you'll have full access to our extensive library of interactive sheet music with backing tracks for all instruments, across various musical genres and levels. You can enjoy all these features online. The trial is completely hassle-free, and you can cancel at any time during the period without being charged.

What happens if I cancel during the free trial?

If you cancel your subscription during the free trial, you won't be charged. You can continue to enjoy the full benefits of Tomplay Premium until the trial period ends. Please note, the free trial is available only once per customer.

What if I cancel after the free trial?

If you cancel your subscription after the free trial ends, you'll maintain access to all your downloaded scores until the end of the current billing period. If you decide to resubscribe later, you will regain access to all your scores and any folders you previously created.

I am a beginner. Can I use Tomplay?

Yes! Tomplay is suitable for all musicians of all levels including for beginners.

When searching through our catalogue, you can use the difficulty filter to find scores that suit your level.

Tomplay does offer multiple features which will help you learn the pieces you love. One of the most useful features for beginners who struggle to read notes is the visual instrument. The instrument will appear at the bottom of the screen and the notes you need to play will light up.

The free trial is the best way to understand how Tomplay works. It gives you unlimited access to our entire catalogue free of charge for 14 days (around 80’000 scores for all instruments and levels except music theory, which subscribers can access with a 50% discount).

You can cancel your free trial at any time during the 14-day period without being charged. If you cancel your free trial, you will lose access to your scores at the end of the free trial period. If you choose to continue, your yearly subscription will automatically be activated at the end of the free trial period.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial and you will not be charged.

You can also cancel your subscription after the free trial: you will maintain access to all of your downloaded scores until the end of the current billing period. You can resubscribe later on, in which case you will gain access to all of your scores.

When is the first payment taken?

The payment of your Tomplay Premium subscription will start automatically after the 14-day trial period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial (via settings in your Tomplay account).

When you start the free trial, you will be asked to enter your payment information. At this point, you will not be charged. The first payment is taken at the end of the free trial period.
